Form 5481 box "Every other family member..." do I answer this?

Hey folks - the wording here is ambiguous: Form 5481 page 2, box 6b: "Every other family member financially dependent on you, whether they are living with you or not, and not listed in question 5 b above."

1. All the other questions and heading of page 2 had to do with "Details of ...undertakings in effect or not yet in effect."
2. I have no undertakings so...

I am a Canadian sponsor. My wife is not a "dependent" but I will be sponsoring her. Also our daughter is a "dependent." Do either/both their names go here or is this sheet only for these "undertakings"?

Undertakings means other people you have sponsored or co-signed for. That should be no one.

List your daughter for 6b. Your partner is on the Generic Application form so you don't need to put them there.
