I filled the form as required and validated is ok. When i want to upload it returns this error

The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
Error: We couldn't upload your file.
  • Error Description: The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted
Any solution please.

After uploading 5257B, I get this error message same as other guys. Please help..
 
The above form is the latest version of IMM5257B SCHEDULE 1 modified on 02-2018 .

It should work .

I have the same issue. i sent an email to CIC technical dept.

"The situation that you have described is the result of an ongoing technical problem. We are currently looking into it and will resolve it as soon as possible.
We will contact you as soon as the problem is solved."
So far I can't upload it yet.​

There is a "Report a Technical Issue" on the document checklist page. I've received a similar response:

We are currently looking into the issue described in your email. We will communicate with you as soon as we have more information.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Rest assured that we are working on improving our online services for future releases.​

not yet solved. i am waiting for technical department ti fix. trying to upload it though but still no luck. hopefully it would be fix early next week
 
I guess that this form is optional. I suggest you attach a screenshot in Letter of Explanation and send the file as an attachment in Case Specific Enquiry to the Local Visa Office.
