Forgot US visa denial after decision.

Hello everybody,

I have read a couple of threads regarding forgetting or not reading carefully schedule A section 6d
that says.

been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

which could end up in misrepresentation.

I got my PR a couple of months ago (I was selected by a province as a skilled worker), I was reviewing my documents and forms and realized I didn't read carefully (I thought it was Canadian applications only) and tickled NO.
but I got a US tourist visa (B2) refused back in 2018, I was told that I could try again later (but never did).

Unfortunately In all my applications I tickled NO.

I read in multiple threads that the best thing to do is to write a CSE through the web form, apologize and let them know about the oversight.
But before doing that I was wondering if anybody did this after getting a PR application approved.

I am really worried and under a lot of stress because of this silly mistake/omission.
Any feedback is well appreciated.

You definitely need to inform IRCC about this! While it may not be a problem now, it would be if you ever applied for citizenship, or possibly when you apply to renew your PR Card in 5 years. They understand that mistakes happen, but knowing that you made the mistake and not taking action to correct it...would be crazy, IMHO.
