I called them and informed them about the same.. they will need ur courier tracking id, reference number and full name.. it was updated after 3 business days once delivered.. they only asked me if Reference number was mentioned inside on the forms.. it has to be there on some document .. give them a call once ur package status shows delivered..
Be patient wen calling them.. it gets answered after being onnhold for 15 to 20mins..
And keep checking ur WES online account..
