Hello all,

I applied for Express Entry with nomination from Ontario. My AOR is Jan 2017. According to my GCMS note I passed eligiblity, criminality and medical for now.

I just realized that I have left out information regarding some of my volunteering activities and University club membership for both OINP and Express Entry form. I have completely forgotten about them and I found out about them after going through some of my old e-mails. All the volunteering activities were for 1 day only except for one which is like for a month. One volunteering activity was planned by my High School and the rest were planned by companies I worked at. The 1 month volunteering one I volunteered on my own. All of the volunteering organizations are well recognized organization globally. The University I went to is in Canada so not sure if that helps. There were total of 5 volunteering activities and two club membership. I don't remember the exact joining and end dates either. All of these activities were based in Canada except for the High School volunteering.

I immediately e-mailed the visa office as well as raised CSE regarding this matter and explained everything. I mentioned what I submitted earlier was to the best of my knowledge and I had no intention to not submit this information. They do not affect my eligibility for OINP or change Express Entry score either. Am I gonna be charged with misrepresentation? Will my application be rejected for this? I am so worried and it was so stupid of me to not remember. I waited so long for PR and I hope all the effort and patience won't be a waste.

You sure? I hope so. I can't help but worry and I don't think the visa office is going to comment on it until final decision has been made.

I'll put it this way, the volunteering activities that you forgot to mention are as relevant as the hot-dog eating competition that I won once in a dream.

Nothing to worry about.

Lol. Thank you for the laugh I needed it. Alright, that makes me feel a bit better. How about the University clubs?

They are also irrelevant, I was part of a few clubs and did not bother mentioning them.

I'm a PR btw.

Alright, thank you very much for your reply. I can put my mind at ease now.
Don't worry. I also did a couple of volunteering activities during my undergrad and did not mention anywhere in the application. And I recently received PPR. I think what they look for is if you were engaged with any form of military activities or organisations, etc.
