Forgot to put family information in PR application. Urgent!!!

Hello Seniors,

I forgot to add my parents and brother information in PR application. What should I do now? I am bit tensed. Would it possible that my application gets rejected?

Please let me know what you did? I am in same situation.

Forgot to add brother of accompanying spouse in following section:

"Please tell us about applicants immediate family members that have not been identified in the application."

HI guys
I submitted my forms and did bio metric 50 days ago.
Now unfortunately I find out I didn't sign below of section A and section B in form 5645 and I only Signed below of section c
What can I do?Do I edit my form and send by web form?
have anybody had same experiences yet?
