Forgot to mention previous visa refusal :( Please help

My Canada visa rejected reason being my previous entry to Canada was not declared.
My previous entry to Canada happened accidentally during my USA stay.
During US stay visited Niagara fall unknowingly entered wrong way which led to Canada border.
Could you please suggest, what should i write in the next application.

If you have a prior rejection, you will have to declare it. If you received a refusal letter, you can sate exactly what is written in the letter. If you never received a refusal letter, you can mention the details and circumstances leading to the refusal.

I had the same issue I for got to mention my visiait vissa refusal . Post 3 month from my aor. It came to my knowledge and i immediately informed my immigration agent and he raised a web form, the following day.

I suggest you also do the same, raise a webform immediately and inform iccr about your previouse vissa refusal.

Actually what ever document i coukd find my agent attached with my web form..

And i didnt get any feed back from iccr as yet. My aor is 26may 2019.. 3 months after aor i realized about the visa refusal

Although the webform reply was sent to me post 10 days from raising the web form and the e.mail reply said that they have forwarded my information to the concern dipartment..

Really also im.stressed.. but my agent said not to worry. If they pointed out this mishap they some.times ask for.additional.documents

And in the first couple of thread of this group there was a guy who had same situation and he got his pr.

So really hoping for the best.
Keep me.posted about your case as well since yours is 5 months post aor ...

I have forgotten to mention my Spain tourist visa rejection on my application form for PR (it was rejected stating that my intention of stay was not clear).

Currently I'm on ip2. 5 months passed since my aor. When I called cic last week this was the status:

Eligibility- passed
Criminality- passed
Security- yet to begin.

Should I send a cse or is it too late now ? Will appreciate your reply. I'm getting very worried now.

Hello did you get your pr? Was it important to mension schengen visa? As i know the schengen just shares the infos between their 26 member of schengen area.

I have the same issue.
I launced my application on 26th may 2019.

My.medical passed on july 6th
Biomatrics collected on july 18

On august 28 (3 months after aor)

I realized i made a mistake by not informing my agent about my previouse visit vissa refusal from australia in 2012 And my wife's visit vissa refusal from spain in 2008

I informed my agent on 28th August and he raised a web form.

Now my question is, is it to late? To inform iccr?

What will happen next, can you please share some information on this.

Honestly, it's a tricky questions to anwer. You could metionit to IRCC, if you haven't lready dont it, but it may delay your application. I had a visa rejection from UK and I intentionally did not metion it. I had no issue. But again, every application and applicant is different. Try doing some more reading before informing IRCC about the rejections. Good luck!

I'm in a similar situation. I forgot to mention my Spain tourist visa rejection (rejected due to intention of stay was not clear)..

It's been 5 months since my aor and I'm on ip2 now. When I called cic last week they said I have passed my eligibility and criminal checks. My security checks has not started yet.

Have you got your pr after this issue ?

Hello,
Please I was refused a visit UK Visa and Austria visa. I intend to mention the two. But my problem is, I do not want to use the employer A nwhich I filed during my UK Visa application. I intend to use the employer B because I worked him for my mandatory one year national service program. I got to work with A with the period I was serving this mandatory program.
Should I mention employer A while filling the section for personal history when applying for my immigration visa to Canada or I should not since I will not be claiming point from the work experience.
Do Canada and UK share personal information as related to work history?
Also do I need to attach an LOE to my application if I mention it.
Please I need your advice. Thank you.
