All , my situation is that my previous US refusal was correctly mentioned in first ever work permit application and I moved to Canada 2 years back, however during extension and trv application same was missed out due to manual mistake . But I got all applications approved. My question is do I still need to contact IRCC to correct the information or just mentioning information correctly in all future applications would be sufficient?

Disclose it in future applications and you should be fine.

I really hope that I can get some help here:
I was chatting with friend yesterday and realized that I completed forget to share with IRCC that I was rejected by the other country's citizenship before (not the five eyes).
In the Statutory Question, they asked have you ben refused refugees status or immigrant or permanent resident visa or temperatory visa to canada or any other country,I said no.
I am wondering does this question include the rejection of Citizenship of the other country? Shall I raise the webform, will this affect a lot for my application?

The question clearly asked "Canada or ANY OTHER COUNTRY"......
You can raise the webform and depends at which stage your application is and the perspective of the officer overlooking your file.

You should raise web form as soon as possible, otherwise if you application may be approved but on arrival in canada or for citizenship when you will apply they will check again , any how its better, I informed IRCC after 8 months of submission my documents so when they asked again form A schedule than I realise I did mistake so I send web form immediately and confessed that I couldn't understand the question.they accepted and grant me visa

so in the citizenship, will they asked have you be rejected by any citizenship for other country? I understand the if they listed the question "citizenship rejection" I should definitely show it. I am just confused if the immigrant visa include citizenship application. some people say included, some said no. I am wondering if i submitted the webform, will they question me why I don't tell them at the first pace, so if the question is not ask about the citizenship rejection, I can just skip? I would really appreciate your help! Thanks!

If you had a refusal before, and you did not mention it, you have to inform IRCC and provide a LoE.

All your visa refusals should be declared in your application, not doing so can lead to misrepresentation. As per law, you have an obligation to be truthful. Section 16(1) of the IRPA states:
  • 16 (1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

See Tuiran v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2018 FC 324 (CanLII), <http://canlii.ca/t/hr59k
Alalami v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2018 FC 328 (CanLII), <http://canlii.ca/t/hr6r1>

If you file any application with IRCC, for a TRV, WP, PR etc, any of them can be looked into to review your current application and any inconsistency can be a cause of misrepresentation. All applications have to be consistent, and if they are not, a reason why you omitted the information has to be provided.

The law is clear, while applications for different types of status engage different considerations, it does not necessarily flow that statements made in temporary residence applications cannot affect subsequent permanent residence applications (or vice versa). In Suri v. Canada, the court found that the Officer’s concerns vis-à-vis the contradictions between the Applicants’ temporary and permanent applications were reasonable and based on that the applicant's misrepresentation ban was upheld.

Federal courts have ruled on this numerous times.

Thanks for your post! I am wondering if I have previous other country citizenship rejection, do I have to share with IRCC? In the question, they asked about immigrant visa rejection, but Citizenship is different from immigrant visa, in my understanding. Thank you so much for your help!

What do you mean by citizenship rejection?

Were you a permanent resident and applied for citizenship, which was rejected, or something else.

Yes, I am country A PR and applied for Country A citizenship and get rejected. Since my understanding is Citizenship is not specifically listed in the question as PR visa, I completely forget to mention it in my application

Applying for citizenship was still an immigration process, and rejections can be due to not meeting the residency requirement to criminality and security.
It is always better to disclose this information, than hide it.
