Forgot to mention previous 221(g) refusal

Hi folks,

I have submitted my eAPR. I have realized that I forgot to mention a previous 221(g) refusal. I applied for a U.S. travel visa and received 221(g) refusal for additional documentation. After I submitted the required documents, I received the visa without applying for it again. Is it a real visa refusal? Do I need to raise a CSE?
