Not necessary it speeds up , however in your case , first you will gain 100% matching between travel history you submitted and what they find easily , second it pushes officer to look in your file. many applicants reported that after GCMS notes or CSE they notices movement in their , including me where after CSE a new passport for my kid by 3 weeks i got PPR , below the average time between AOR and PPR for the location i live in
