Forgot to include the history that I went to a border to apply for PGWP

I have already submitted a PR application and now I realized that there was a stamp on my visa the day I went to Canada-USA border to apply for PGWP.
I only made a U-Turn without any other stay in the USA. I did not include it in my travel history and forgot to explain it in the Letter of Explanation. Does it matter?

should be fine, cuz they have the record in their system, and they won't think you are intentionally hiding something.
