I received an email that ‘Visa is Ready’ and I should send in my original passport for issuing the confirmation of permanent residence. However, I FORGOT TO INCLUDE THE RETURN LABEL! I sent my documents (passport, photos, email copy etc.) and now I’m wondering how to send a return shipping label. There were no instructions in the initial email I received about this. Anyone in the same boat? I’ve contacted customer support but it takes 72hours for reply
