Forgot to enter UCI in the application sent to CIC

I visited Canada 5 yrs ago. Last time, I forgot to enter the UCI number when submitting my application to CIC. Is this a big trouble?

Think Ircc will ask you to provide form with UCI !! My case same u n be asked to provide !

Send via courier, me by Quebec entrepreneur ,19/1/ 2017 docs to SGVO ,21/3 update form n PC 2... Then wait till now !
