They put two different info on two different websites and I have to pay with my time, money and stress.

When they returned my apps they put my own UCI (PR card ID) on top of the mail. Maybe they can match the photos with this UCI?

You are going to have 2 different UCI #'s... if your application was returned to you already as incomplete the UCI # on that is going to be that of the sponsor (so PR card ID), the applicant will get a different UCI once the application is forwarded. The applicant's UCI is what you will need to match them up. once sponsorship approval is cleared it will then switch over to the applicant's UCI.
