Forgot the X-ray deferral letter, What to do???

Hello all. I got my ITA in February. I applied 29th April 2017.

My wife is pregnant with baby due in August and her XX-ray was deferred but all other medical was completed. The E-medical system was used.

We uploaded the main pages we received from physician for both of us, but there was also a page for X-ray deferral due to pregnancy that we FORGOT to upload.

We explained the situation in the Explanation Letter though.

Is that a problem? Does IRCC have access to all this information on E-Medical System?

No, it isn't a problem. IRCC will see it in the eMedical system.
