How come you forgot it? It’s your main responsibility after arriving. And it’s been 2 months now and you only remembered it just yesterday?!
Since you’re already in Canada, better to call the IRCC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. They can help you better with your situation.
