hi i got my pr two years ago. i declared my high blood pressure when doing medical exam but i was going through my old medical records yesterday and remembered that i also have a digestive system condition. i'm not sure it's even a condition, i was explained that it's just how i am and it doesn't affect my daily life at all, i was never prescribed and i have never taken any medication for it. also my clinic didn't put this condition on the summary page among others like the high blood pressure when i was collecting my records for the exam and i thought i was all set.
i'm now worried that i didn't mention that thing on the exam, i didn't intend to hide any facts from my background and i'm sure this condition would not be of any importance if i would have shown it. my question is, can i be in trouble and can i correct this omission, a few years after getting my pr?
