I am new to this forum, pls help me out.
As i was required to bring polio certificate along on medical test but i forget it, then i was request to submit with in two days after medical. But i was engaged in some emergency so my medical report are trasfered to canada, as my husband is sponsoring me for my immigration, he is canadian citizen. This month he submitted my immigration documents by lawyer, as he appointed for my immigration. My documents are submitted. But now I remember that i did not submitted my polio vaccination certificate.
Will this stop my process for imigration? Shall i send my certificate to my husband ? Or i should wait for the mail from LVO to ask my polio certificate.
Pls help me out.

Some people have them already from getting visas or visitor records. I suggest talking to your lawyer about it, but if you want to send it on your own, I would wait till you get AOR. That will give you an application number. Then you can mail it with tracking info and your application number so it does not get lost.

Of course, by using a lawyer s/he will get the AOR so you'll have to have them inform you of when you get it.

Once sponsorship approval occurs there will be a file number. Draft a cover letter stating you have included your polio certificate to your application, include the sponsor's UCI which is the client id number , sponsor name , principal applicant name and file application number on the letter and the outside of the envelope and they should be able to match the file. Once the file has been transferred and you have sent the document to the visa office I would order GCMS notes which are case file notes pertaining to your file to see if indeed the certificate was attached to the application as most visa offices do not sent confirmation when documents are received.

U mean to say i should wait for my sponsorship approval to submit my remaining documents, because that approval will give me an ID to draft the documents which could easily match my file?
But this polio certificate which I haven't submitted will not cause to keep my file in slow process ( means in other words pending process ) ?

This is an issue m worried about it.. Because this is the only document i missed to submit. They wont return the file or reject my immigration due to this reason?

Yes, exactly.

Medicals don't even have to be "up front" meaning you can do them when they request them, and that is a part of your medical documentation, so I don't think it's going to be a big deal to send it later. Plus your sponsor must be approved first before they even get to your part of the application. You can get AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) and send them the missing document before they even give you SA (sponsor approval).
