My student visa have been refused second time. Both time I didn't mention previous refusals my consultant is a stupid she asked me to tick all no

The propsed course make sense given your previous experience and education

They never mentioned about mistake in application in refusal letter


In my first spp application on april 2014 i didnt mention about my visit visa refusal in london in 2012

In my second application on 4th june 2014. i didnt mention about spp refusal in application but I submited refusal letter and mentioned in sop

I am thinking to make a new application by justifing caips note waiting for caips reply so scared and tence what should I do please reply?

It is so scary ..
I also forgot to mention my refusal of swizz visit visa on july 2001 . 13 years before when i was 10 years old. . . . I am also confused . . what should i do? because my brother, now he is in Canada as a student, he also got refusal the same in 2001 and he didn't mention his refusal in his application. . and he got Canadian study permit. . some people are saying that they (VOs) usually don't mind any refusal which is before 10 years. ..
Please .. Allah Almighty forbid. .. have u got any 2 years Ban plenty ? 1st or second time. .

I applied for visa on 24-06-2014 with up-front medical

Dont worry brother I hope you get the visa as your refusal is more then 10 years have got no records on passport they cant get the information about that

My consultant asked me to tick all no in the application andi did mention in the sop and submited the spp refusal letter

They just refused my application. I on the basis of lack of authenticity in documents and proposed course experience , Background of education. Vo said i can reapply if my situation is changed they did not mentioned about previous refusal. So no banned no penality

I saw the Passport of my brother and i found that there is only one stamp and this is written in this stamp
"visa applied (le) on the 24-07-2001 (aupres de is representation de suisse) from the representation of Switzerland. that's it there is nothing write refusal or rejection. .
is there any problem in this stamp ?
