Have you landed as a PR? You're more than likely up a creek without a paddle. If you landed as a TWP or student, you may still have a chance.

Which one is it?

Guys, I am outside Canada now and I purchased extra luggage to bring along with me when I will be back. Most of the things are clothes and shoes which I forgot to declare it as items to follow.

Do you think I still need to pay? What is the formula? I don't remember the prices of those clothes even, I could still estimate it.

Thanks for your help,

Regards.
