Is this for a provincial nomination application or for your express entry application?
If it is for a province - send them an email about it mentioning your file number once you have received an AOR from them.
If it is for CIC - do the same - let them know about and mention the details about this course to CIC in an email as soon as possible.
I ask you to take this precaution as it is mentioned by CIC that a gap of even 1 month may result in delays/cancellation.
