You can’t. You currently have no status in Canada.

If you don't have a valid work permit, you are not covered by OHIP. Are you, yourself pageant or its your wife?
I think the best is to consult with mid wife and pay out of pocket or return to home country with healthcare for child birth.

You not only need a valid work permit but proof of full-time employment for at least 6 months for you and your dependent to qualify for OHIP. Given current processing times it will likely take a long time to even get a response.

The big issues is that many can’t secure a midwife because demand is so high.
