Is it possible to bring family member while currently on a close work permit.

Unfortunately, family members are only eligible if you are working in a NOC A, B or 0 job. See point under spouse of skilled worker. So a spouse is not eligible for an open work permit. Your family members can apply for visitor visas to visit you. They need to show funds, ties to home country and travel history.Noc C
