Unfortunately, family members are only eligible if you are working in a NOC A, B or 0 job. See point under spouse of skilled worker. So a spouse is not eligible for an open work permit. Your family members can apply for visitor visas to visit you. They need to show funds, ties to home country and travel history.

Is he in Canada under the Canadian agri pilot program as a temp worker? Google - study permit minors Canada. What about his spouse?

its a general farm labourer, Agriculture stream Noc 8341
She has a visitor visa already
Kids doesn’t have any visa.

I am not sure if children are eligible to study under this stream as a spouse is not eligible because it is not a NOC A, B or 0 job. Contact IRCC to confirm.

The child isn’t eligible for a study permit. Unfortunately they’ll have to return home if they want to study.
