Can you declare an employment in your express entry, which was never declared prior in your study and work permit applications?

I have supporting document such as bank statement, pay stubs and joining and leaving letter.

Yes, you can.

You can but you also risk being accused of misrepresentation. Most fail to declare previous experience because they think it will negatively impact SP/WP approval. You can’t have it both ways without a significant risk.
