Foreign Work Experience

Hi All,

I am in a dilemma, I have roughly 1 year 3 months of foreign work experience in two different companies but same NOC Code 1221. One of the company where i worked for 4 months is my parent's firm; I have offer letter and reference letter for these 4 months.

Will CIC object this experience?
I can go back and get payslips if needed but no tax documents as I was under the taxable income?
Do you think its a good bet to include this experience?

i am not an expert but as long as you can justify that you worked there. Bring experience letter according to their criteria. It should work. You can always double check with call centers people.

What happens if they don't accept it? Will they consider this is misrepresentation? Can I apply again without this experience?
