Foreign Skilled Tech Worker PNP Confusion: Which PNP to apply after EE profile

I can't find a post, if this has been discussed already.
I am little confused about which pnp programs we have to apply separately after creating EE profile. I have conveyed interest in all provinces in EE application. I think BC and Ontario pick our profile from EE pool.
I am Computer engineer so should i apply for BC-Tech program and SINP separately? (i hope there is no fee before NOI?)
Any other pnp program i should apply for?

Are you living in BC and fit their requirements (job)? You can apply to SINP separately but also through EE. What’s your NOC and CRS score.

I am living in India. That's why looking only for Foreign skilled worker options.
NOC = 2174 and CRS = 458 (working to increase to 463 via ielts).
