Foreign Passport renewal

Hello everyone,
My question is my mom had a three year supervisa she stayed here for one year and left now she want to come back for a second visit the problem is her passport with the valid visa on it expires soon so I told her to renew it. So, can she still use the visa on the old one to enter Canada eventhough it say canceled? Please help I already bought the ticket.

Yes. She must travel with both passports.

For this second entry, she could be allowed to stay for a maximum of 6 months
