My partner is Canadian and I'm German but we got married in Maine, USA. Does Immigration Canada accept our marriage certificate for a PR application although we did not get married in a country that we are nationals of?
Yes they do, we got married in the dominican republic it was accepted no problem as long as its a legal marriage and you have the certificate you should be good.
