Foreign Experience Not Mentioned in Previous visa applications

Hi all,

I need help to clarify some doubts I have regarding my PR application/ work experience.

I am planning to applying for PR, and would like to use my foreign (UK Experience) in PR experience to maximize my points.

Before I moved to Canada, I was in UK as a student (2007-2010) and then got work permit from May 2010-Dec 2012.

In UK, I worked as a sales assistant in a supermarket named "Sainsburys" during 2007-2012 as part time.
I also worked as a General assistant in different supermarket in UK from May 2010-October 2012.

Furthermore, I worked on Full time basis as marketing assistant for some security company just right after my graduation (May 2010) and i was in the company from May 2010-Oct 2012, then I moved to Canada for studies.

In Canada, after completed my degree here, I applied for Work Permit visa, and temporary visa etc. In application forms, there is a section which asked about the previous experience, and I always mentioned about my supermarket experiences, but never wrote anything about this full time position of "marketing assistant" in Security agency. (I have everything with me from this employer, reference letter, job letter, paystubs etc).

I am just concerned about my marketing assistant experience, because if I mentioned this job in my PR application, will CIC matches this information with my previous visa applications forms? and I know they wouldn't find the same experience in my previous applications. Do I need to worry about this? or this would be totally different criteria & procedure? This job helping me to get some points in my PR application.

To be honest, I dont remember what I mentioned in employment section when I applied for Student visa, because it's been around 4 years now. But I guess, I mentioned about my part time superstore jobs, but not the marketing assistant one.
When I moved to Canada, then I applied for on-site work permit, and then PGWP and TRV, nowhere i mentioned about my full time marketing assistant in employment section.

IMO you should be fine, That is a genuine exp, so there should not be any problem. I dont think IRCC will dig deep on this.

when i applied in 2014, i dint mention any exp while i had 1 year exp.....however the visa was rejected, now i have showed 3 years exp for EE which includes that 1 year also....even im pissed off !!!

That wont effect your EE Application, You should be fine. Good luck.

Thank you very much for the reply. I believe in your words because I was just concerned about that detail I didn't mentioned in my previous visa application, and scared that if I add the new information now, it wont match with the previous detail. But thanks again for helping me out.

Did you get the PR or was issued clarification letter from IRCC?? As i am also in similar situation but haven't filed my PR yet so i just want to know if i should go further with my undeclared work experience or not??
