Foreign Education credentials ECA despite Canadian Masters

Hi all,
I am a FSW candidate and completed my Masters from University of Toronto.
I was asked to produce an ECA for my undergraduate degree. I was wondering if anyone would know as to why the IO would ask for my Foreign degree ECA since i only got points for my Highest degree and hence only supplied my University of Toronto degree and transcript

It shouldn't be required. So you received an ITA? Who is asking this?

Really not sure why unless you didn't include all info for the Masters. You will need to call IRCC.

I plan to submit my WES and then also attach a letter of explanation stating the obvious fact

If you have ECA for undegrad then that is fantastic but don't know why they are asking for it. It is not required especially since you have Canadian Masters. All the best.
