Foreign Degree - what to upload post ITA?

I am on the last step of uploading documents, can anyone from Mumbai uni please tell me what documents have you uploaded post ITA, just WES certificate or anything else, if its the degree certificate then which one? the one signed by controller or the one by vice chancellor? do we include mark sheet of third year?

I've not yet reached where you are but I studied at Mumbai University. I have marksheets signed by the controller of exams, passing certificate (small square) signed by controller of exams and the large degree certificate that is signed by the vice chancellor. When I get to where you are, I would upload all my marksheets and the final degree certificate. The small square passing certificates are not really relevant.

what about the transcripts of all 3 years if we have? no need for that?

I don't think I will upload transcripts. Each transcript is in so many pages. I used the transcripts and marksheets for WES. If the marksheets are there, IMO it's enough.

The problem is that the transcripts are issued by the college and not the university. The transcripts are signed by the college principal and not the controller of exams / registrar of the university. WES rejected the college issued transcripts. If the transcripts are issued by the university, only then you can use them. For Mumbai university, the first 2 year exams are college exams so the marksheets are college marksheets but the final year are university marksheets as the exams are conducted by the university. This is the reason why I would upload all my marksheets and the big degree certificate.

I think CIC wants marksheets and the degree certificate. The WES letter isn't required as you are mentioning the number and they can verify with WES. It is still better to add the WES letter.

I didn't upload foreign degree transcript but WES report including marksheet translated into English in Education diploma/degree Section. For Education Transcripts, I just upload Canadian transcript.

For a foreign degree you only need to upload the degree certificate (translated if it's not in english or french) and the ECA. You can optionally upload the IELTS as well. There is no need to upload the transcripts.
