Hi everyone ,
I got the positive LMO from Canadian employer but my question is I was come in USA as student after finished my study I completed 1 year work and now I am with no status(illigal) still I can apply for work permit from USA or I must Har to go back my home country ?

There's pretty much no chance your work permit is going to be approved. For your work permit to be approved, you must show that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans to overstay your visa. The fact that you have overstayed your visa in the US will make this impossible for you to prove. If you want to come to Canada on a work permit, you should return home and live there for at least six months to reestablish your ties to your home country before applying for a Canadian work permit.

Hello,
My wife in Canada applying for SINP ,she added me as her spouse but I came here on student visa amd now i am here in USA with " no status" (illigal), so is that affect my wife's PR file and what should I have to do go back to my home country or I can stay here and wait until she got approval for PR ?please reply
