For those who have sent their intial app. to SYDNEY, NS in april 2009

i am starting this thead for those people who have sent their initial app. to CIO intake office, sydney, Nova Scotial....
and waiting for their visa or already received visa....

from so many threads, i realize that the total processing time is abt 10 months......
so all the people who have sent their initial app. to SYDNEY in appril 2009, can get their visa in this month....

so plz share ur timelines as well as ur exp.....

or any other person who has already received their visa, plz share the time of intial app. sent to CIO...

Whether you enquired CHC about your case n Delay....

i ve applied to CIO sydney at 16th apr....
from all other post i feel that that i got medical and PP request very early..ie 2 months ...

so i think this is the reason for delay in getting visa...
those who received medical and pp request late are geeting visa fast..ie within a month...

you have sent passport on 10th Oct means almost 3 months back..

It is really a long period where Visa office kept your passport and also your case on hold.

Did you check with Visa office for this longer duration?

are you sure they did not send you your passport?

May be your case is delayed as you filed your papers much before 120 days

Thats very bad on part of CHC. If a person do documentation properly in advance , then what is the purpose of putting him on hold....
