HELLO TO ALL,

Please do not get disheartened,ur long wait notwithstanding.shreevastvaji has correctly said that under NOC 4131, INVENTORY POSITION IS QUITE LARGE at different VOS nd correspondingly so is its functional/OPERATIONAL areas in Canada,I RECKON. Therefore, let us hope, some good news may be round the corner in the coming months.
I think, job under our NOC is not bracketed in the regulated services.
Any ways,GOOD LUCK TO ALL.
My God bless all !!!!

Dear parhar ji,

I was kind of confuse, I didnt mean negative dear. And at the same time, one can see the number of MRs issued for 4131 amongst pre juners.

God bless,
Kavya

I have been saving the excel sheets of quarterly data release on data.gc.ca. Wanted to share the data which shows that the files of MI1 applicants are being worked upon. The MI1 inventory comparison of April 2011 Vs April 2012 is mentioned below. This is the data for the total number of applications for all CHC offices worldwide:

Inventory of MI1 applications with CHC offices worldwide
No. of cases No. of persons
As on 1st April 2011 52423 141098
As on 1st April 2012 32641 91104

Inventory of MI1 applications with CHC New Delhi
No. of cases No. of persons
As on 1st April 2011 8130 20639
As on 1st April 2012 5053 13236

Looking at the data, one can make out that they are working on the MI 1 applications. Though the speed is very slow as compared to MI2 and MI3, but at least we can be hopeful that the cases would be cleared.
That would help pep up the optimistic attitude of all the forum members

Immigration Minister Jason Kenney has stated that “the new Skilled Worker program will be limited to applicants in NOCs O, A, and B, but won’t be limited to particular occupations.”

While the Minister has said that there won’t be a limitation on particular occupations, it is expected that there will be an overall cap or limit to the number of applications that will be accepted for assessment by CIC.

Kenny has said that under the new policy no particular occupations would be outlined for eligibility under FSW class. Above statement makes it clear that most probably they would not delay the processing of files of applicants under 4131 or other such NOC codes because these NOCs were removed from MI2 and MI3.

My bring forward date is tomorrow and I know nothing will happen so not enjoying this,

One thing to notice is that ...in the last two Caips notes The Line which shows our B'fd date looks like

Paper file sent to PA ( put away, storage place for paper files) , File B'Fd to XXX on ---------2011

But Now its like : Paper file sent to MPR , File B'Fd to M1G on 22 May 2012

Now what is the meaning of MPR surely not visa officers name code, is it any department, or place what is this?

One more thing there is no line to request ECU for MR or PPT ( I wonder WHY), just B'fd date is there and pending MR—PPT-- RPRF written only
Seniors plz comment on this situation

Hello,

Can you please share your current ecas status?

As per MPR did you received your MR, if yes when? What happened on May 22nd, 2010.

Thanks

Satnak.
