Well it seems that Iam spared from the tiring wait for MR and the VO has decided to sent me home early..ha ha ha atleast thats what my Ecas says today ! A jump from RBVO to DM today.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

I dont know may be it is a glitch....coz the order of the sentences doesnt make any sense..Guess i will have to join a few DM threads to get more feedbacks...

I will let you know once i get more info on this !

Its official now...My application got rejected on the bassis of NOC JD.

But the File number mentioned in the letter is different than the ones in 1st and 2nd AOR.

i guess yes now they wont reject you on the basis of JD mismatch....but they still can do a verification on the basis of the documents you have submitted to claim the Workexperience.

I noticed that you posted on May 4 that your ECAS turned into decision made status. Then on May 8 you confirmed that it was indeed a rejection. How did you get the notice? Was it by email? Did you apply through a consultant?

My status changed from RBVO to decision made on April 30 and details inside include "we reviewed your application on April 27 and sent you a letter.... then next sentence was "we started processing on April 27". Then last sentence " a decision has been made.......".

I applied through a consultant and till now my consultant claims no correspondence is received yet from CHC London. I emailed CHC London to inquire about my status (more than a week ago) and have not received a reply. I am afraid that they may have replied to my consultant and my consultant either didn't get it or like in the case of Nadeem_jee, my consultant is maybe delaying in disclosing the content of the letter to me...i'm so paranoid :'(

Thus, please let me know how did you come to know about the result of your status.

My consultant in canada has received the refusal letter by post and they had sent me a scan copy of the same by Email.If you or your consultant has not received any letter ...May be the status in your Ecas is due to a system glitch or error.
You might want to cross check with the VO regarding your status and also wiith your consultant that they havent missed any communique

personally i haven't received any thing in form of mail or email from CIC and none my known with similar status have received anything.

my timeline is same as yours so most probably the status will be updated by the end of this month or may be in first week of june as mine got updated 2 weeks earlier

My bring forward date is tomorrow and I know nothing will happen so not enjoying this,

One thing to notice is that …in the last two Caips notes The Line which shows our B’fd date looks like

Paper file sent to PA ( put away, storage place for paper files) , File B’Fd to XXX on ---------2011

But Now its like : Paper file sent to MPR , File B’Fd to M1G on 22 May 2012

Now what is the meaning of MPR surely not visa officers name code, is it any department, or place what is this?

One more thing there is no line to request ECU for MR or PPT ( I wonder WHY), just B’fd date is there and pending MR—PPT-- RPRF written only
Seniors plz comment on this situation
