There are a number of threads on 4131's but most of them seems dead now a days as no updates available on this particular NOC... since the MI-2 (post June 26 2010) released.... Anyways will be happy to see some responses posted to keep it going....

Hi my friend are you mocking at us. What do you mean by you are confused, by the thread. By the way you are QSW and what are you searching for here in this thread. 4131 was on the 38 list and not all of them were processed, so some were still waiting to be processed.

I actually was confused - I thought maybe I was missing something, and it was back on the list! Yes, I'm a Quebec applicant, but if I had applied to federal I would've been 4131. I thought they changed the rules and I didn't know about it. Geez.

4131 was on the 38 list and not all of them were processed, so some were still waiting to be processed.

That answers my question - this is for those who applied before the rules were changed. Thanks.

under Quebec, 4131 applicant is still eligible....but not in 29 category ( it's different from Quebec application)

....hope u got it.....

lets unite 4131 applicant .......i think there is only few application left under 4131 ....may this will fasten our process...

Did anyone got update in their e-CAS? I'm in 'in process' with RBVO details since 15 February, 2011. No any update or correspondence yet, getting hopeless. Please share your experience here.

"RBVO" since Oct 2010. Don't know why it's taking so long, CHC has increased the processing time on their website as well.Now it's 14 months? Are the 14 months counted from second AOR?

RBVO.. still for my case..
Completed 12 months since full doc submission...

I guess would have to wait for another 4-5 months..

Processing time is based on receipt of your complete application package. Like for London office, processing time was increased and now it's 16 months. I have sent my initial application on May 2010. Received my 1st AOR on October 2010. Sent my full documents on Feb 2011.....So, processing time, as in 16 months countdown starts from Feb 2011.

My noc is 4131 also, applied nov 2009- full doc sent on April 2010- got 2th Aor end of April 2010- my ecase changed from RBVO on Feb 2011 with detail of RBVO to day i checked still it is the same. emiled them when my 12 months passed, they said I have to wait and they dont know when my application will be process they dont have time line and for standard tiem i have to refer to their website which they showed 9 months for my visa office!!!!!!!!!!.. my visa office in syria also .
now it is passed more than 14 months.
