I applied for Canada online study permit application (non-SDS). I passed medical on April 9, 2021 then got no update. Is it normal?
My timeline:
Date applied: February 17, 2021
Biometrics Collection Letter: February 18, 2021 Biometrics enrollment: February 21, 2021 Biometrics completed: April 1, 2021
Medical request: April 7, 2021
Medical passed: April 9, 2021

It is absolutely NORMAL.
I applied on February 10,2021
Received Medical Request on March 11, 2021
Passed Medical Exams on March 16, 2021
Received PPR on June 3,2021.

I applied online from Ghana (non SDS).

Go beyond that. Email the visa office for your country and ask the status of your application. You may get a response.

Hello,

If you apply under SDS with incomplete requirements, your application will be considered under non-SDS (if applying paper based). You can create your gckey profile now and start the online application. But nothing gets submitted to IRCC unless the application is complete.

I have been waiting for them to ask me to go do the medicals but have not received anything. On the Application status website, it shows they are processing the March 21st week (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html). Does anybody know if that only takes into consideration people who have already submitted everything, including the medicals?

My timeline is this:
Application non-SDS submitted on February 25th.
Biometric completed on April 13th
Medicals: still waiting.
Applying from Brazil.

Interesting, I didn't know about the existence of this link. My sister gave biometrics o Jan 22nd and still hasn't received medicals letter. She raised a webform three weeks ago but hasn't received a response yet.
