Mate you will receive it very soon.

I applied to Sydney NS on 25th July and received my AOR email on 21st October.

Hope my timelines help you a bit.

It is a waiting game,you need to be patient. Try to check both spam and mail box and delivery address always.
It is going to be a new year gift from CIO.

AoR stands for Acknowledgement of Receipt. Hope this helps.
