if you have 431 or more, you will get an ITA

If you are submitting the profile today, you will most likely have to wait until next round. As the profile takes about 24 hours to be updated with changes and chances are when they were locking down ITA number, your profile might still have been in a pending status.

Yesterday I submitted my app to enter the EE pool and it was updated immediately (i think). Shouldn't that be the case today?

Foreign nationals who, on April 5, 2017, at 12:09:10 UTC, have been assigned a total of 431 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System,

Besides that even if you are entitled for ITA, you will have to wait almost 24 hours to receive notification. Patience my friend. Patience for a day or 2 weeks. Keep your hopes high.

I got the ITA on february 22nd and I created mi profile the day before. My job bank was still pending when the draw came out and that same day at 4:30pm my job bank was updated and at around 8:30pm I got the ITA. So be patiente!!
