ORDEAL!
I have literally had enough of how, at EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, the CIC website can't break it down so that a CANADIAN CITIZEN who GREW UP and UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH can EASILY UNDERSTAND!
Wow...what a rant, but I can't believe that even now, with the entire package ready to be sent off, yet I can't even figure out which boxes to check to PAY!
Here's all I need to know, and if you can help me, I'll really really be happy...like this: ;D
It's for my spouse. I live in Canada, she does not. We're applying under the 'outbound', as it's called here.
SO: Do I just check for the sponsorship application (myself), once check for principal applicant (my spouse), and that's it? She has no kids, no others, just her.
She doesn't need any permits (she's only visiting in the next few months and doesn't require a visa to do so), but eventually she'll need to pay for a PR card. Should we just go ahead and pay now and save the trouble?
Please help...I was under the impression that this would cost around $1000 CDN but it's looking like half that amount. So I KNOW that I must be doing something wrong....or am I?
Thanks in advance, and sorry for the rant. But I'm not a fan at all of this entire process. I might be overcomplicating things, but I want to be certain so as not to delay anything.
