For the FSWP-2013 required docs to be submitted

i am applying for the 1112 Financial and Investment Analysts requirements.
I am working in an organization for almost 6 years for the roles mentioned above.
What documents from my Organization should i provide?Should i get a letter from HR about my roles and responsiblities or a letter from my immediate manager would be fine?
