Like i am in canada on study permit but i got suspension and than i am unable to come back in fall as well so there is more than 150 days without study so can i stay in canada or else in other side if i apply for spousal pr and than work permit so is it possible that i can stay in canada?

Do you have a spouse who is in Canada and qualifies to sponsor you for PR? If not, no options other than applying for a valid study/work permit for you.
