hi frnds,,,,,my application got refused due to some difference in funds,all other things were fine as CHC didnt object anything else,,,now i have applied again,but due to past experience,i dont want to take any risk this time.

in my earlier application,i just punched the employer's letters mentioning the job duties and responsibilities,not any salary slips and other references etc.,,,mine is a dilemma now that should i go for the other attachments this time or not and if yes,what should be the enclosures?

Hey do I need to be senior to reply to this one?
What exactly was your rejection about? & What do you mean by "some difference in funds" ?
Why would you want to change anything that you beleive was not the reason for your rejection?

It's important to stay consistent because CHC can access your old application and probably will.

Dear somesh,
did it happen when you applied initially to the cic, canada? could you please tell us what was the difference in funds? a job reference which includes duties correponding to HRDC job responsibilities must be signed by the the employer.

actually wat happened last time,is i got initial approval from CIO and then forwarded my documents to CHC,delhi and the visa officer refused my file on the plea that i was short of funds by merely 100 can $ and that too was due to difference in exchange rates,,i asked fr the reconsideration but they refused to.....

1.does it imply that all other things were acceptable to them as the only point of rejection was d funds?

2.should i go for attachment of other required documents which i didnt, last time?

3.i have arranged for ample funds this time in the shape of FD's so do i need to attach the fixed assets evaluation alongwith liquid money which i didnt last time?

My guess is :
1. The local visa office just did a pre-scrutiny of your file last time.
2. They observed a lack of adequate funds [whatever the amount difference be] & Rejected it.
3. They did not perform further scrutiny.

Now what u should do :
1. Follow the Application Guide tooth-n-nail.
2. Don't leave anything to their asking -submit all docs as required.
3. Submit POF larger than they require -once bitten twice shy policy.

Somesh - sorry to hear about this baseless rejection. At least they should have given you a chance to show your most recent funds. My guess would be that your application failed at the initial review for eligibility at the visa office. Settlement of funds reviews are done at least 3 times during processing of your application from the fact that it's a changing variable not like your degree or work experince. The right amt of funds need to be available and transferable up to the time the visa is issued.

IMM EG7000 explains pretty much everything to make your application right. Please put that document in your pipe and smoke it before you submit your application this time. I wish you all the best.

See there are many visa officers in one local visa office and it is not necessary that your file will go to the same visa officer. What I mean is that every visa officer has same rules but have different style and got their own ability to judge a case.

Always give and provide what is being asked.
Send original transcripts. If not able to arrange then give a valid reason. Keep yourself into the shoes of visa officer and then think will you buy the applicant's reason for not providing the document. Accordingly prepare your file properly and do not leave any scope for them to doubt anything. Just give what is being asked as per the visa office checklist.

See until the approval from CIO comes nothing can be said. But the chances of approval are more since you got an approval earlier also on the basis of same information in your file.
