pasensa na sir.. ako lang po sa dependent child, at ako lang din po wala po ako kasama and ako rin po ang principal applicant.. pasensa na sir and dami niyo na na nasagot na tanogn sakin kahait dati pa.. hehe and salamat!

Sa st. Lukes 1 month nila pina pasa ung result doon din ako last year. Peru d na ako bumalik nag remed ako sa cebu na. Malapit na rin cguro ung sau konting ti-is lang.

Remed here too, CEM requested last July 10, medical tests done July 14 at Nationwide Cebu Clinic.

Ung sa akin ini inform ko sila na tapos na ako nag remed then pinadala ko sa kanila ung receipt or O.R un lang ginawa ko.
