Go to the BIQ homepage, and do an evaluation. Then you will get to know if you are eligible. The GPI is the whole bible/policy of Quebec Immigration. Refer that... unfortunately its available in french. You can fall back on Google Translate to translate parts of it.

Master of Business Administration - (IGNOU) --3 Universitaire Diplôme de maîtrise Diplôme d'études universitaires 2 cycle - 2 ans

Does tht mean only MBA frm IGNOU will be considered?
