Hi everyone refused po app ko
saturday ko po natanggap ung resutls tru air21.reason po valitidiy of wp at hindi raw satsfy ang vo na babalik ako sa pinas ...ngayon lang ako nkapag post kc dko mtanggap ung reasons ng VO na un npaka inconsiderate nya pro wala nman po ako mgagawa ganun tlga cguro ..paper app po ako 1yr din pi ako nghntay ng results na walang kwenta sori for da word...gud luck po sa lahat ng waiting sna matapos na pg refused nila at sna puro aprub nman ngayon..gud luck nd god bless!!!!

so sad the news sis,,,pag less than 6 mos. ang expiry ng wp refused na po tlaga..ganyan na ganyan din ang reason sa akin sis sa 1st application ko...di bale apply nlang po ulit sis! kaya pa yan....

kakalungkot naman. dala mo ba anak mo sa application? napansin ko month of october maraming na refuse kc cousin ng husband ko refused din sya. same reason as you. pero work permit yung application nya, naawa nga ako kc malaki na talaga ang utang nya, nanghingi kc ang consultant ng paunang bayad kahit mag apply plang ng visa. ayon very dissapointed sya.
ok lang yan, God has a better plan.......bka sa susunod na pag apply mo ok na.

Nako nakakakaba naman puro refusal, sana naman matapos na to., sana maging considerate yung visa officer.,

Dapat kasi di na pinag memedical if di rin papasa sa kanila yung mga applicant, at di na nila pinatatagal ang agony ng paghihintay at expense., sana wala ng ma refused.

we just have to continue praying. kung pano mag move on and face the next life's challenges.

i myself is seriously thinking much of our application narin. it's been 4months and haven't received my son's mr yet. yung sinubmit ko sa application is STUDY PERMIT AND WORK PERMIT ng common-law partner which will expire JANUARY 2014. last month nagpa renew na siya ng visa and permits niya valid until 2015...
if incase they dont release our visas before january2014(which is possible din kasi 7months na nga nakalagay sa website na processing time ng SOWP), then i am so praying na sana mag request sila ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS for renewed visa and permits ng CLP ko. and not right away refuse it...

Hi kyle once marenew po ng hubby mu ung wp nya u can send the receipt po ng bago renew na wp ni hubby nyu..khit resibo lang po pwede nyu padala sa cem kc may nbasa din ako dati dto na ngparenew ng wp hubby nya tas ang pindala lang po muna nila eh ung resibo na on process na ang pagrenew ng wp ni hubby.tas kung ok na pede nyu ifax sa cem ung wp..ifax nyu po agad asap.kc kapag nakita ng vo na less than 6mos na wp ni hubby nirerefuse po nila agad.ung nbasa ko po dati andun na sa canda ngaun..

Sis, since may UCI number ka na, you can send yung new permits ni hubby mo, you need not have to wait for them to ask for additional docs. Just mention that you are updating your documents on file.

Korek sis.. ..ndi na sila hhingi addtnl docs kung less than 6mos na wp ni hubby mu.ikaw na mismo mgaupdate sa knila.katulad po ng ginwa ko inapdate ko sila na may new employer na si hubby at sinend ko sa knila ulit ung new wp,lmo at contract with cover letter.hoping na maapprove ung application ko.
