1. they already hired temporary workers for visa processing, reason kung bakit ang daming lumalabas na MR & visa lately, and
2. the govt will just use their power this october via "back to work legislation" and with this, pafso have no choice but to comply, kaya parang si pafso pa ang sobrang nakikiusap sa govt na makipag negotiate kasi nga they dont have a choice once govt forces them to go back to work

Since matagal nmang mghintay ng visa,naisipan ko lng na ipgpasa ko n rin ng study permit ang ank ko.pra atleast tumatakbo n rin papel nya.

In my case, ni-require kami ni hubby ng police clearance 'coz aside from 'Pinas, tumira din kami sa U.S. for a while kaya lahat ng pinanggalingan na bansa ng applicant, hinihingi ang police clearance even if nandito kami sa Canada as tourists noon, pinakuha pa din nila kmi ng clearance so we submitted 3 different clearances, NBI, FBI and local police dito before na-approve ang work visa namin....

Thanks, no problem! I can just quote the step 2 instruction and this is what it says: Visit the CIC website for instruction on how to apply for a police certificate/clearance for you and any family member over the age of 18 for all countries they have lived for 6 months or longer since turning 18 years old.
Hindi ako nakatanggap actually ng letter dahil may consultant kami ni hubby kaya sumusunod lng kmi sa pinapagawa nya and binibigay namin whatever she needs....'yung NBI pala is dapat NBI for abroad...
