hi to all. i just would like to ask, if pasok na ba ang hubby ko dito. kasi my hubby just got his skilled lmo last june and he was asking if pwede na ba niya kami makuha ng 3year old son ko. he is a manager in mcdo gp. i have been browsing the cic, but what i found is through cec, which is he has to have that 1year work experience in a skilled occupation before he can apply. yun ang sinagot ko sa hubby ko, and then he mentioned about sowp. regarding sowp, need pa po ba 1year work experience in a skilled category before he can apply? sorry talaga, hindi ako updated na sa canada immigration eh. thank you sa lahat ng sasagot.

Hi no need to wait for 1 year, you can even apply sabay sa application ng work permit ng hubby mo na skilled, just like what I did at sabay dumating ang permit namin.
In your case its better to apply asap kasi may nadedeny kung malapit na ma expire ang skilled permit ng hubby ko like 6 months or less lalo pa ngayon matagal ang release ng result.
Good luck.

Ito po ung CORRECT FORMAT for follow-up. Ganito po ang ginagawa ng mga may agency.

1. UCI - always on top - this is easily to track your applicatio to their system.
2. APPLICATION NO. - also known as FILE NO. - starts with letter "W" meaning you are a worker applicant.
3. FULL NAME - always include your full middle name.
4. DATE OF BIRTH
5. COUNTRY OF BIRTH - include this also because there are some applicants also who are foreigners like from Korea & Japan.
6. DATE OF MEDICAL - when is your medical done, it should be specific.
7. PLACE OF MEDICAL - mention this.
8. DATE WHEN IS YOUR MEDICAL SUBMITTED TO THEM (CEM) - we all know that slec is submitting the medical results thru online, you should know this also.
9. This line is optional for some people had additional test for medical. You should indicate what are the reasons on why your medical is delayed (e.g. sputum test).. If your having sputum (indicate the dates when you took the sputum result & culture plus the repeat xray)
- If you don't have problems in your medical, skip this line.
10. MAILING ADDRESS
11. CONTACT NO.
lastly 12. EMAIL ADD.
