gud pm po.bago lang po ako sumali sa forum pero matagal na po ako nababasa ng thread nyo.madami po ako natutunan.ang di kolang po maintindihan kc nag apply ako ng sowp at trv sa anak ko pero bumalik papel ng anak ko at may naka check na regulation 179 dun sa papel na pinadala ng embassy.baka may nakaka alam kung anu problema ng papel ng anak ko.nalilito na rin po kc ako.pls tulungan po nyo ako.maraming salamat po.

hi! just wondering kung ano ung breakdown ng 6100 na manager's check mo. di ba 800 + 310 ung total na babayaran per head? tnx for any info for this. magsusubmit din sana ako ng application pa lang sa CEM.

Walang letter na kasama nung binalik ng CEM ang papers ng anak mo? Ano ang explanation nila?

Nag submit ka ba ng bank certificates and other assets sa application ng anak mo,may nabasa ako sa ibang forum dito na need mo din magprovide ng ganon kung trv/visitor ang inaapply-an.

pano n nmn kya masatisfy ang vo na aalis k ng canada at the end of the period? khit na meron k nilagay s cover letter p lng or dates intended to work n nsa application form.

bka optional n lng ang pagsubmit ng passport dahil s tagal ng process or depende din s applicant kung gusto n nya isurrender ung passport nya kya may additional..bka lang ipaparehas n s ibang embassy ang passport request n tinatawag pag visa stanping na.

TRV o study permit ang inaply nyo? kc usually po pag 5 yrs or 6 yrsup study permit na po ang iapply...pag sa TRV 4 yrs below..

Kung mag 9 yrs old na sya, dapat student visa ang inapply mo rather than trv. Try to reapply but, now student visa ang iapply mo sa kanya, need nyo ng acceptance letter from a school in Canada na papasukan niya, then add ka na rin ng cover letter stating na kasama ka nya. I supposed skilled position ang job ng asawa mo dun, then state mo din sa letter na he/she will leave Canada after maexpire ang work permit ng asawa mo.

Maybe, naguluhan ang VO sa application ng anak mo kasi TRV for 2 yrs rather than student visa since nasa school age na sya.

Intay ka din sa ibang forum mates natin, baka may nakaexperience din ng same ng sa anak mo.

Sa mga nabasa ko kasi online, TRV ang mga application nila na ang reply is regulation 179, which is hindi nga nasatisfied ang VO na aalis ng Canada ung applicant.

"Step 2 : Fill out the application form and other relevant documents. Once completed and validated proceed to print the same. Please ensure that 2D barcode is perfectly print and in good quality paper. Downloaded & handwritten forms will not be accepted."
Naguluhan ata ako bigla. We have two options sa app,lication di ba, online at paper application. paper ako. donwload ko lahat ng forms at manually sinulatan lahat.(including the IMM1295, prefer ko to handritten ung infos rather than fill-in info electronically or online). correct lang ba ginawa ko?

And also, what's the safest na magmail ng application ( nandun original docs ko pati passport)? okz lang ba lbc? tnx

hi Freda sana makatulong ito sayo, download mo ang mga forms na kailangan, pdf po lahat yun then fill up mo yung form sa computer na rin then validate mo, pag ok na lahat, print out mo then sign mo na, ganun lang. sa mailing naman sa pagkakaalam ko pwede gamitin ang lbc basta tama ang address ng recipient. antayin mo din reply ng iba pa nating forumates baka matulungan ka pa nila sa mas detalyeng paraan.
